California

We just got back from California where we went to Sea World, Disneyland and of course the beach. It was the first time that Aubree and Jaycie have been to Disneyland and Sea World and they both had a lot of fun. We went with one of Eric's sisters and her family, my parents, my sister & her husband and my brother and his wife. Aubree will go on anything you go on as long as she was tall enough. She loved Thunder Mountain, but her favorite rides were definitely the tea cups, the carousel, and she liked Pirates of the Caribbean. Aubree also loved the parade.

My purple girls

Aubree picked out both her and Jaycie's outfits to be purple and matching. She really is into matching and especially to her little sister. She loves being a big sister.

Aubree went back to Preschool

Aubree started back at preschool again. This will be her 2nd year and she still has one more to go before she will start kindergarten. She loves preschool I had to practically drag her home. I actually had to bribe her with a churro from Costco.

Swiss Days

So we like to go up to Midway and go to Swiss Days, (well I like to go, Eric now just stays at the cabin with my girls). This year it was fun, while I was shopping, Aubree was beating everyone at air hockey. She insists that she is the champion.

It has been a while

I can't believe it has been 10 years! It's amazing how slow time goes when you are actually in high school, but how fast it seems to fly after you graduate. The funny thing is, is that I don't feel like I am this old (but sometimes my body does). First of all I know I went from Johnson to Smith, it's so original I know. But what do you do.

Well here are my top 10 things that I have been up to since we last saw each other:

10. Went to UVSC (now UVU) and danced on their dance team for 2 years, graduated with an Associates Degree.
9. Met my husband there and got married in August 2001.
8. Lived in Orem, Sandy and now settled in West Jordan where we bought our 1st house.
7. Graduated from SLCC in Radiological Technology in 2004.
6. Worked as x-ray technician at St. Mark's Hospital and Western Neurological.
5. Had my 1st daughter, Aubree, in November 2004.
4. Lots of family events including, vacations to Phoenix, California, Las Vegas and other places to visit family, weddings, funerals and new babies.
3. Fun stuff that comes with being a mom, including potty training, tantrums, laundry & more laundry, pre-school smiles, hugs & kisses, walks to the park and fun birthdays & holidays to celebrate.
2. Had my 2nd daughter, Jaycie, in April 2008.
1. 2 kids have been definitely keeping me busy. But I have come to the realization that I can't go anywhere fast.
